Common questions
The extra paper at the top of each cone is folded into a clean crown shape, so every pre-roll is closed tight and looks the same.
Yes. Lift the packed tray off the V2 onto the Closer's transfer ring, then use the long pins on the Pin Assembly to push the cones into the closing tray.
Yes. The machine is the same for 70, 84, 98 and 109mm. Add the Receiving Tray for each extra size. 60mm cones are not supported.
No. The Closer is fully manual. One lever does the work.
Make sure every cone has the same amount of paper showing above the product before closing. An extra pack with the Packing Fingers helps expose leftover paper.
