How Shipping Is Calculated
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on package weight, package dimensions, shipping destination, number of items ordered, and the selected shipping service level.
King Kone USA works to provide competitive shipping rates through our carrier network while ensuring products arrive safely and efficiently.
When Shipping Costs Are Displayed
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Customers can review all available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs before completing their purchase.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Large equipment orders, wholesale purchases, custom-branded products, special-order items, oversized items, and freight shipments may require additional processing time. If additional processing is required, King Kone USA will contact the customer with updated shipping information.
Shipping Carriers
King Kone USA ships orders using trusted national and international carriers, including but not limited to:

- DHL for international shipments when available
- LTL freight carriers for oversized or commercial equipment orders
Carrier availability may vary based on destination, package size, package weight, and shipping service selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the customer whenever available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries when required.
Incorrect Shipping Information

King Kone USA is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery performance becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
King Kone USA is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, labor interruptions, or other events beyond our control.
If your shipment is lost, delayed, damaged, or shows incorrect tracking information, please contact King Kone USA as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier review process.
Freight Shipments
Certain commercial equipment, large-volume orders, or oversized products may require freight shipping.
Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments before signing delivery paperwork.
Visible freight damage should be documented with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to King Kone USA immediately.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, permits, and any additional charges required by the destination country.
King Kone USA is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, seizures, or additional fees assessed by foreign governments, customs agencies, or shipping carriers.
Backorders and Partial Shipments
From time to time, products may become temporarily unavailable after an order has been placed.
If an item is placed on backorder, King Kone USA may contact the customer regarding estimated availability, substitution options, partial shipment options, or refund eligibility.
Shipment Refusals
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment that was correctly processed and shipped by King Kone USA, any return shipping fees, carrier penalties, customs charges, or related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Ownership and Risk of Loss
Ownership of products transfers to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the carrier accepts possession of the shipment.
