Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, items must:

King Kone USA reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:

  • Custom-branded products.
  • Special-order items.
  • Custom-manufactured equipment.
  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale merchandise.
  • Products damaged through customer misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify King Kone USA within 5 business days of delivery.

King Kone USA will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization from King Kone USA.

Return Shipping

Unless a return is the result of a shipping error, defective product, or order fulfillment mistake by King Kone USA, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns.

King Kone USA is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for refunds to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Restocking Fees

King Kone USA reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% on eligible returns involving commercial equipment, production systems, special-order products, or large-volume purchases.

Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated during the return authorization process.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting King Kone USA immediately.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy outlined above.

Custom orders, branded products, and special-order items cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.

International Orders

International orders are generally considered final sale.

Shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import-related expenses are non-refundable.

Any exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by King Kone USA.

Warranty Claims

Certain products sold by King Kone USA may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage, terms, and claim procedures vary by product and manufacturer.

Store Credit

In certain situations, King Kone USA may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit is issued at our sole discretion and may be used toward future purchases on KingKoneUSA.com.

Fraud Prevention

King Kone USA reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacement requests where fraud, abuse, excessive return activity, or policy violations are suspected.
