The Dutch Crown Closer™ Pin Assembly is a replacement component for the King Kone Dutch Crown Closer™. The assembly is dual-sided: acrylic unloading pins on one side dislodge filled cones from the supporting tray into the receiving tray, while star-shaped closing pins on the other side gather excess paper into a clean Dutch crown finish. Replacing a worn assembly restores unloading consistency and crown quality across every production cycle.

Designed for the King Kone Dutch Crown Closer™. Compatible with all supported cone sizes: 70mm, 84mm, 98mm, and 109mm. Handles up to 169 pre-rolls per cycle.
What It Replaces
Replaces the existing Pin Assembly in the Dutch Crown Closer™. The assembly is used on every closing cycle, making it one of the highest-wear components in the system. Material buildup and pin wear reduce both unloading reliability and crown consistency over time.
When to Replace
Replace the Pin Assembly when cones no longer release cleanly from the supporting tray, when crown formation becomes uneven, or when pins show visible bending or wear.
