Common questions

Still deciding? Our team can confirm the right setup for your production.

No. Buy the 115 Tube Conversion Kit once. It works with every insert tray from 9 to 14mm.

It is the tube size in millimeters, usually listed by your tube supplier. Match it to the insert tray.

For an even fill and pack, add the 115 Tube Metering Tray and the 115 Tube Packing Fingers.

Pick the fill you want in each tube. If you make more than one fill weight, keep a tray for each.

The trays measure by volume. A finer or drier grind weighs less in the same space, so check a few tubes on a scale.

Yes. Tubes on the V2™ need the 115 Tube Conversion Kit and an insert tray for your tube width.

They are optional. They give a firmer, more even pack after the tubes are filled.

Start with the standard 115 Tube Packing Fingers. Extended is for longer tubes when you want the pack to reach further down.

No. For cones, use the 169 Packing Fingers.
